Nooriful is a platform that connects clients with beauty professionals including stylists, makeup artists, and other beauty experts. We facilitate bookings and communications but are not directly responsible for the services provided by beauty professionals.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable Use

Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to beauty professional availability

• Cancellation policies are set by individual beauty professionals
• Disputes should first be resolved directly between clients and professionals
• Platform fees may apply to transactions

Intellectual Property

The Nooriful platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a license to use it in connection with the service.

• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by beauty professionals
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of professional profiles or reviews
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for issues arising from the actual beauty services provided, including but not limited to injury, dissatisfaction, or property damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
